Julie I agree with you that we, on the left, shouldn't concede any ground to covert-right actors posing as "leftists." Since the left is supposed to represent and further the interests of those who are exploited and/or oppressed you cannot be a leftist if you ignore the world-wide plight of women - or worse, reinforce it by referring to women as bleeders, breeders and b*tches thereby reducing half the human race to subhumans i.e. dogs. We know many men who do this in public and even more so in private. And now, by impersonating women, identity theft, cultural appropriation and the erasure of women, these poseurs are annihilating women's existence. How can they get away with calling themselves leftist when they're covert-right fascists? Under the cover of "equality and inclusion" these fascists promote the most misogynist, femicidal policies that roll back decades of feminist work and expose women to male violence and sexual aggression in the very places designed to protect girls and women. By means of identity fraud these men are falsifying health and crime statistics by including transcismen in statistics supposedly pertaining to women. This makes worthless any research aiming to solve social problems to do with health or crime, which abolishes hope for social progress. Is this a left agenda or evidence of a covert-right working to insure a continuation of the cheap and free labor of women in the public sector and in the home while making women vulnerable to sexual exploitation due to lack of resources?

The left now seems twisted beyond recognition that I’m not sure it truly exists anymore. Whatever happened to the defence of the working class, homeless and poor who are disproportionately women? It’s become an elitist, hypersensitive, self-serving personalized haven for quasi trauma clutching individualists aside from outliers who are still trying to keep the flame burning. It’s sad.
