It's such a dilemma, knowing which party to vote for. As a lifelong socialist I could never vote Conservative, will never again vote Labour, and the Greens and Lib Dems appear to be lost on this issue. I'm hoping that at the next election things will have changed dramatically, or that there might be an independent candidate who is unequivocal on this issue, otherwise for the first time ever I'll have to spoil my ballot paper.

“Queer Isis”. My new hashtag, thank you Julie.

I have known for a while there is no party I can vote for but my sense is we are winning this war and it’s all thanks to courageous women like you.

There was a time when I could not speak to my 30year old daughter about this issue but fortunately she has realised how dangerous it is to ignore reality.

Desperately want the Tory’s out but don’t trust Labor on this issue. If Sturgeon was to fall solely because of this. Then it could have huge implications for Labor who then may think twice on the TWAW.

It's late and I thought I'd share some light relief: I mean, you gotta laugh, else you cry.

I still don’t really grasp why so few politicians have said ‘this is all rubbish and harms women & children’. I’m a Labour member though not active and I want the Tories out because of the dreadful damage they have inflicted on us all so I’ll vote Labour (very safe Labour constituency anyway). I am frustrated beyond measure with the party though - I’m told by women far more active than me and with high up contacts that it’s strategic. 🤷‍♀️. There is also fear of a massive row with TRAs among labour activists. Question remains though - WHY did it get like this??

Some have said that Sir Keir is happy to mislead one electorate about his real political views to become leader. One would imagine, with the allure of being the PM, he’ll see sense on this issue. I agree that his current unfathomable anti-women stance will spoil Labour’s election prospects
