I loved the story about Chiaverini's generosity. I would consider being a paid subscriber, but I wonder how much mockery of Americans I might anticipate, in addition to a general tone of superiority. (There's plenty of hilarity about British tourists and their behaviours, as I'm sure you know.) A Merry , Happy Christmas, everyone.
Gender ideology is indeed 'madness'. To imagine that transgender people should not enjoy the same rights as everyone else is at best misguided and at worst cruelly ideological and rigid. Sadly, Ms Bindel perpetuates this kind of closed-minded, far-right conservative mindset in most of her writings.
