The caption “Philip ‘Banker’ Bunce, looking like a right plonker” genuinely made me laugh out loud. Love how you mix brilliant one-liners into serious commentary.
The caption would also be apt every time we have to suffer a photo of Andrea Dworkin. Maybe feminists are skating on thin ice, criticising appearance...
Did Andrea Dworkin represent every woman in looks? Do all men look like Brad Pitt? Do all trans identified men look like Blaire White? Your comment, along with the article title quote, is completely meaningless. Andrea Dworkin was an actual women, irrespective of what she looked like. Baire White will always be a man, nomatter what he looks like.
The title only emphasises the fact that men from the female impersonators community have done the most in 'extreme' cosmetic surgery to allow them to impersonate a woman eg facial feminisation surgery that shaves off significant parts of the skeletal skull to manipulate and feminise the face. Something Andrea Dworkin never had to do, being an actual woman. Andrea Dworkin was a real and living example of being your true authentic self. Au naturelle. There's beauty in that fact alone.
Yes and all men should look like Chris Hemsworth and if they don’t I will therefore label them as beneath contempt and not representative of actual men.
You poor nitwit. Can't imagine a criticism of appearance as anything other than a sexist rating of how sexually attractive the speaker finds the person? Your sexism is severely narrowing your intellect and you hav e missed the point entirely.
Hi Sarah, lovely to hear from you. Yes, I imagine you'd find it confusing, but anyone who takes the time to check out our blog pieces on you since 2013 won't find your confusion confusing:
Very nice of you to have paid so much attention to me, and I'm sure everything you've written lives up to the high standards of accuracy required to caption every photo of Andrea Dworkin as "Philip 'banker' Bunce".
It's amazing that Munroe Bergdorf can be declared a champion for empowering women. He's only a champion of empowering women to shut up or face his narcissistic wrath. Same goes for the other coq en froq mentioned in this piece.
Exactly! It kills me that actual women are actively involved in supporting and advocating on behalf of this ideology and women that claim to be 'feminists'. Like, how?🤔
Excellent summary. These awards embody unfairness and make words lose their meaning. What surprises me is how willing these people are to embrace being celebrated for something they haven't achieved. Maybe scrap these awards for zero achievement and start again. There are plenty of real women who do great work.
Interestingly, most women I know, however confident or assertive they may be, would be embarrassed to pretend they could do an important job without any relevant qualifications. But then I guess women tend to be different from over-confident men in that regard.
If you find the time to think to trans people in toilets, changing rooms, prisons and hospitals, I guess you have a lot of time of your life to waste. Is it all so obvious and simple, then why all this rage, rivers of words on women or men being real, or not? Ah yeah.. maybe we don't know exactly. We don't know if women are real. Are you real? Because if you are, it will, otherwise it will die, in any case.
'If you find the time to think to trans people in toilets, changing rooms, prisons and hospitals, I guess you have a lot of time of your life to waste.'
But you are here wasting your time thinking about 'other people' that you don't know, who are thinking about these issues that are impacting their lives?🤔 I guess you have even more time to waste than the people you are criticising.
Focus and concentrate on stopping wasting your own time. Don't waste your time thinking about other people.
Typical alli, also living in a fantasy world. Did you get your DEI points for being a handmaiden for the MEN who are definitely real men who have male DNA and chromosomes that are real. Maybe you should have a stay in the grippy sock resort if you are having trouble with delusional thoughts and not knowing what is real.
If "Man of the Year" was a thing, would trans men would win it? It isn't though, or at least I don't think so. It does seem harder to name prominent trans men, for all the exponential rise of them among human females over the past decade or so. Why? Is it because, for some weird reason, like totally unrelated to biology, they don't win men's sporting events? Or is it because they don't win "Man of the year" because there's no such thing?
if you are a trans woman there are a few things that you need to understand. First of all is that you are still a man because you can't change your biological sex. It's okay to dress any way you wish and to adopt any superficial, stereotypical attributes of women that you desire. Live your life. No one should care, I certainly don't. However, because women are entitled to be treated fairly and to enjoy privacy from men there are certain things that are prohibited to you and me because we are men. You can't compete against women in most sports because it would be unfair. You can't go into women's private places like restrooms and locker rooms because that would make them feel unsafe. Finally, if you are a criminal you certainly can't be imprisoned with women.

Andrea Dworkin was an actual women. Your opinion about her appearance is immaterial here.

Speak for yourself, Mike.

You think it would be apt to caption every photo of Andrea Dworkin as "Philip 'Banker' Bunce"? Please explain, this is very confusing.

Trolling as usual Mike 🙄
Quite sad that he hasn't got better things to do ...

He’s a champion for himself like all Narcs. The grift is off the scale.
He's a disgrace without a face. Can't call that plastic thing he's got a face. Shame on him and anyone who supports his grift.
Rage inducing. And it’s all so goddamn obvious! 🤬
Far too many actual women are facilitating and perpetuating this absurd lie. That is what allows this to continue: the support of real women.
The urge to “be nice” is monumental, I’ve never suffered from that.
It sounds like a sister of people pleasing. I've never suffered from that either.

unbelievable and yet it happening. Makes me so angry. Thank you for all you do

They are narcissists. They don't care as long as they are getting their desperately needed supply of 'validation'.
Interestingly, most women I know, however confident or assertive they may be, would be embarrassed to pretend they could do an important job without any relevant qualifications. But then I guess women tend to be different from over-confident men in that regard.
Spot on
Frustrating as hell, but sure goes to show these types of awards have always been meaningless to those bestowing them.
Yes, it really does highlight the politics that goes into these awards.
How come transmen are not taking real men's places?
I've just realised that there is block and mute functionality on Substack. Handy.
They're all appalling

We don't know if women are real? Every single one of us was born to a woman, so yes we know women are real.

How many women support this movement?

That's it, just like me.
Thank you for gathering and sharing these facts. They are useful.
