The title only emphasises the fact that men from the female impersonators community have done the most in 'extreme' cosmetic surgery to allow them to impersonate a woman eg facial feminisation surgery that shaves off significant parts of the skeletal skull to manipulate and feminise the face. Maybe scrap these awards for zero achievement and start again. There are plenty of real women who do great work.
