I called her, way back then, and she was kind enough to give me 10 or so minutes at no charge to help me understand how encompassing the words Spousal Abuse are.
I then added it -spousal abuse- as a separate cause of action seeking monetary damages in every divorce action in which I represented, as a lawyer, the wife.
My biggest problem was trying to make the wife understand she was abused. Abuse is just not physical.

I’m as shocked at the comments on Bari’s page as I was by the one sided reaction to the testimony on YouTube etc. People really believe she made all that stuff up? I guess so. I don’t. And the idea that his career has suffered? Everything that came out at the trial is treated as Johnny the swashbuckling bad boy. His career will now take off.
The jury? Meet OJ Simpson and John Hinckley, both walking the streets.
