I have a great conversation here with Milli Hill, founder of the global Positive Birth Movement and author of the above-named book on standing her ground when encountering vicious trans activism.
Thank you both for loving women and appreciating everything good and challenging that that involves. Misogyny has never gone away but it is rearing it’s head in a new and arguably more challenging way. The trans women are real women insistence reminds me of a narcissistic abusive relationship where we are supposed to buy in completely to their fantasy and they will stop at nothing till we do. Once people buy into these fantasies just like narcissistic abusive relationships it’s very difficult for people to escape the all pervasive grip it seems to have on them. It is definitely a psychological phenomenon that will be unpicked properly and described by some clever psychologist hopefully in the near future. Keep up the good work both of you. Gemma Lamarra

As a supporter of the trans and queer communities I've been increasingly disturbed in recent years to see them take part in these witch hunts, and im so sorry that youve lost so much and been at the recieving end of this violence. Your words have clarified the issue in my mind and I really appreciate you speaking out.
