Hello!!!

I am happy about joining you all again for this!

I'm excited to talk a bit about our film, DWORKIN,...which you very kindly said you loved!!!

As you know, Andrea challenged the idea that it is inevitable and necessary that one group DOMINATE another in this world.

Every terrible, brutal abuse, both personal and public follows.

Respecting each other as social equals is absolutely necessary if we are ever to attain the justice and peace that so many pray for.

We are so grateful for the attention that is being paid to her brilliant writing (Macmillan/Picador is reprinting (3) of her books next month)...and to her many powerful speeches.

We hope that everyone will check out our film which is based on interviews that we had the privilege to do with her in 2004, shortly before her death in 2005.

Her kindness, her intensity....and her courage inspires everyone who has seen it...we need her voice to be raised loud and clear again today more than ever!!!

Hi Julie, Looking forward to this, can't tell you the depth of my admiration for your work. I'm a Brit living in Alabama (also training to be a Warrior Teacher with Barry Wall).

I have several Questions:

Trumps election felt seismic and for me was a huge rebuke against gender ideology. We need to see how he governs, but I have hope. As a feminist I have many uncomfortable feelings about Trump, I believe women's rights will be protected under him more than they would under Harris - but we will have to see. How do I reconcile this?

Are we winning? It feels like the tide has turned but a lot of people have yet to realise that. I feel like the Democrats need to lose at least one more general election to truly understand how far they have departed from the people. What do you think?

I now think that Biden was the aberration, not Trump and that Vance could win two terms. I feel the same about Starmer, that he is the aberration and the Right (under Farage) will have a huge resurgence now. What do you think?
