Showing my age here but this is what used to be called 'the facts of life' (parents too embaressed to mention physical sex to children): boy & girl get together, sperm meets ovum, chromosome-mediated cellular protein synthesis initiated, 9 months later baby appears. Might have referred to storks with bundles in their beaks rather than chromosomes. Why on Earth is this 'born in wrong body' cult not universally castigated and derided for the dangerous insanity it so obviously is?
