Absolutely despicable. The victim is doubly victimized, first by the rapist and then by the court, expecting her to bend the knee and capitulate to their assailant's demands to be referred to as "she."
The Court is asking a victim of sexual assault by a male to commit perjury at the court's direction. This is obscene.
